August 22, 2025: Onida, SD 57564 The Sully Buttes Chargers walloped the visiting Northwestern Area Wildcats football team by a score of 36-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Chargers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burke for a non-league test on Friday, August 29. Sully Buttes will face a Cougars team coming off a 55-0 league win over Colome (Colome, SD). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD). The Wolverines enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Herreid/Selby overwhelmed Faith (Faith, SD), 50-0, in a non-league outing.
