August 22, 2025: Cleveland, OH 44144 Rhodes Rams (Cleveland, OH) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad nudge the visiting Richmond Heights Spartans (Richmond Heights, OH), 12-6 in a non-league match.
The Rams (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Lakewood (Lakewood, OH). The Rangers come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Lakewood tipped John Marshall (Cleveland, OH), 45-20, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Spartans play the Loudonville Redbirds (Loudonville, OH) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 29. Richmond Heights will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Redbirds go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 60-0 non-league win over Mapleton (Ashland, OH).
