In Friday's non-league game, the Williams Valley Vikings (Tower City, PA) football team triumphed over the visiting Upper Dauphin Area Trojans (Elizabethville, PA), by a tally of 54-0.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Mahanoy Area Golden Bears (Mahanoy City, PA) in a Colonial-Schuylkill - C outing, on Friday, August 29. Williams Valley will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Golden Bears come into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 28-0 non-league loss to Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA).
