August 22, 2025: Kapolei, HI 96707 Kapolei Hurricanes (Kapolei, HI) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA), 28-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Kapolei advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hurricanes host Kapa'a (Kapa'a, HI) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 0-0.
Coming up next, the Griffins confront the St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 4. Los Alamitos will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
