Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), 13-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Palisades advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Dolphins travel to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA) to encounter the Wolverines in a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27. The Wolverines go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Harvard-Westlake lost 24-14 in their recent non-league battle against Cleveland (Reseda, CA)
