In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Williams Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Burney Raiders.

The Yellowjackets (1-1) will now prepare for their test against East Nicolaus (Nicolaus, CA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record.

The Raiders now own a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hayfork for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26.
