California High School Volleyball - Otay Ranch over University City

August 22, 2025: San Diego, CA 92122

In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Otay Ranch Mustangs volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the University City Centurions.

With the win, Otay Ranch improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-1. Granite Hills lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA)

The Centurions now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hilltop for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. University City will face a Lancers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Rock Academy (San Diego, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-0.
