With the triumph, Mona Shores moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Sailors host Muskegon (Muskegon, MI) to clash with the Big Reds in a Ottawa-Kent - Green test on Monday, August 25. The Big Reds come into the test with a record of 0-3. Muskegon lost 12-1 in their recent non-league test against Union (Grand Rapids, MI)
The Vikings now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Muskegon for a Western Michigan outing on Monday, August 25. Whitehall will confront a Norsemen squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Shrine Catholic (Royal Oak, MI). The Norsemen record now stands at 1-0.
