Oklahoma High School Softball - Newcastle bounces Anadarko
August 22, 2025: Anadarko, OK 73005 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Newcastle Racers softball team scored a nice 15-1 triumph over the Anadarko Warriors.
With the triumph, Newcastle upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Racers travel to Purcell (Purcell, OK) to play the Dragons in a non-league game on Monday, August 25. The Dragons enter the game with a record of 2-9. Purcell lost 12-0 in their recent non-league game against Cache (Cache, OK)
The Warriors now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cache for a 4A District 2 battle on Monday, August 25. Anadarko will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Tuttle (Tuttle, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.
