August 22, 2025: Edmond, OK 73003 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Edmond North Huskies (Edmond, OK) and the visiting Chisholm Longhorns (Enid, OK), observed Edmond North's softball team get by Chisholm by a tally of 3-0.
The Huskies (6-8) will now prepare for their bout against Kingfisher (Kingfisher, OK). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Kingfisher was routed by Marlow (Marlow, OK), 6-5, in a non-league contest.
The Longhorns now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Waukomis for a non-league contest on Monday, August 25. Chisholm will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Thomas-Fay-Custer (Thomas, OK). The Chiefs record now stands at 5-0.
