Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the China Spring Cougars (China Spring, TX) and the host Edgewood Bulldogs (Edgewood, TX), observed China Spring's volleyball team top Edgewood by a count of 2-0.

The Cougars (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Peaster (Peaster, TX). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Peaster dropped by Hereford (Hereford, TX), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
