August 22, 2025: Cotulla, TX 78014 Cotulla Cowboys (Cotulla, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Odem Owls (Odem, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cotulla upgrades its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to St. Augustine (Laredo, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 22. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. St. Augustine lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Hebbronville (Hebbronville, TX)
Next, the Owls play the West Oso Bears (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 29 game, on Tuesday, August 26. Odem will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Bears go into the game with a 4-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Three Rivers (Three Rivers, TX).
