The Iowa Colony Pioneers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Del Valle Cardinals to 0 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pioneers now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Industrial for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. Iowa Colony will play a Cobras team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Seguin (Seguin, TX). The Cobras record now stands at 12-4.

With the loss, Del Valle drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league game on Saturday, August 23.
