August 22, 2025: Las Vegas, NV 89131 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Horizon Hawks (Winter Garden, FL) and the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV), saw Horizon's volleyball squad notch a victory over Somerset Sky Pointe by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Horizon improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Hawks travel to Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 23. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Rancho Christian won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA)
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Virgin Valley Bulldogs (Mesquite, NV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 23. Somerset Sky Pointe will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA).
