August 22, 2025: Orange, TX 77632 Tatum Eagles (Tatum, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball team run past the host Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears (Orange, TX), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Eagles now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Henderson for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 26. Tatum will play a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Wills Point (Wills Point, TX). The Lions record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Little Cypress-Mauriceville drops to 14-5 on the campaign. The Bears host Groveton (Groveton, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, August 22. The Indians go into the game with a record of 6-4. Groveton won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Centerville (Centerville, TX)
