In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Magnolia Science Academy Reseda Warriors volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the WISH Academy Owls.

The Warriors (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against CHAMPS (Van Nuys, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
