August 23, 2022: China Grove, NC 28023 The Carson Cougars soccer team scored 4 points and limited the visiting Davie War Eagles to 1 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Cougars face the Statesville Greyhounds (Statesville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 31. Carson will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
The War Eagles now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Forbush for a non-league contest on Monday, August 29. Davie will face a Falcons team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over West Stokes (King, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 3-0.
