In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Catawba Ridge Copperheads volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Eastside Eagles.

The Copperheads now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillcrest for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 23.

The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Chapman (Inman, SC). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Chapman held off Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
