North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Buncombe overwhelmed by Pisgah

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Pisgah Bears volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the North Buncombe Black Hawks.

The Bears (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC). The Mustangs come into the Mountain Seven 3A battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Smoky Mountain achieved victory over Cherokee (Cherokee, NC), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Black Hawks encounter the Mountain Heritage Cougars (Burnsville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 25. North Buncombe will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Asheville (Asheville, NC).
