Virginia High School Volleyball - Denbigh crushed by Lakeland
August 23, 2023: Suffolk, VA 23434 The Lakeland Cavaliers topped the visiting Denbigh Patriots volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Cavaliers now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manor for a non-league test on Monday, August 28.
The Patriots (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Newport News, VA). The Hurricanes go into the Peninsula contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Heritage was beaten by Menchville (Newport News, VA), 3-0, in a league contest.
