Tennessee High School Football - Cloudland loses to Happy Valley
August 23, 2024: Roan Mountain, TN 37687 Happy Valley Warriors (Elizabethton, TN) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Cloudland Highlanders (Roan Mountain, TN), 19-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Happy Valley advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Unicoi County (Erwin, TN) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league battle on Friday, August 30. The Blue Devils go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Unicoi County won 34-21 in their recent non-league battle against Northview Academy (Kodak, TN)
The Highlanders now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Greene for a non-league battle on Friday, August 30. Cloudland will play a Buffaloes team coming off a 32-16 non-league win over North Greene (Greeneville, TN). The Buffaloes record now stands at 1-0.
