Georgia High School Football - Coosa Christian overwhelmed by Pierce County

In Friday's non-league game, the Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA) football team triumphed over the visiting Coosa Christian Conquerors (Gadsden, AL), by a tally of 41-7.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Brantley County Herons (Nahunta, GA) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 30. Pierce County will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Herons enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 20-8 non-league loss to Windsor Forest (Savannah, GA).

The Conquerors (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Pell City (Pell City, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Pell City overwhelmed Pelham (Pelham, AL), 35-7, in a non-league game.
