The Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions football squad scored 46 points and limited the host Shady Side Academy Bulldogs to 40 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Centurions now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Pleasant for a non-league test on Friday, August 30. Greensburg Central Catholic will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 28-27 non-league loss to Jeannette (Jeannette, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Shady Side Academy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA) to clash with the Bucs in a non-league test on Friday, August 30.
