California High School Flag Football - Sage Hill triumphant over Culver City
August 23, 2024: Culver City, CA 90230 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA) and the host Culver City Centaurs (Culver City, CA), witnessed Sage Hill's flag football squad wallop Culver City by a tally of 44-0.
The Lightning (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against University (Irvine, CA). The Trojans enter the Pacific Coast contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, University was trounced by Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA), 25-6, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Centaurs battle the CALS Early College Falcons (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 27. Culver City will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 27-0 non-league loss to Compton (Compton, CA).
