With the triumph, Cherry Creek advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bruins host Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, August 26. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Sabercats now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Dakota Ridge for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. Castle View will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Denver North (Denver, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
