August 23, 2024: West Springfield, MA 01089 West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Milton Wildcats (Milton, MA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Springfield advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Terriers host Pope Francis Prep (Springfield, MA) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Wildcats now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Williams for a non-league test on Friday, August 30.
