August 23, 2024: Russell Springs, KY 42642 The Russell County Lakers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers to 1 in the Lakers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lakers now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Hardin for a non-league outing on Friday, August 23. Russell County will play a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 2-2.
