Kentucky High School Volleyball - Seneca edged by Oak Ridge
August 23, 2024: Louisville, KY 40220 Oak Ridge Wildcats (Oak Ridge, TN) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Seneca Red Hawks (Louisville, KY), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Oak Ridge improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to West Ridge (Blountville, TN) to face the Wolves in a non-league test on Friday, August 23. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 1-1. West Ridge lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Dobyns-Bennett (Kingsport, TN)
The Red Hawks now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league test on Saturday, August 24. Seneca will face a Mountaineers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Farragut (Knoxville, TN). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-2.
