August 23, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95864 Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA), 18-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Rio Americano upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA) to meet the Thundering Herd in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Thundering Herd come into the test with a record of 0-0.
With the defeat, Franklin drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to River City (West Sacramento, CA) to meet the Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23.
