August 23, 2025: Tallmadge, OH 44278 The Ellet Orangemen (Akron, OH) football trounced the host Tallmadge Blue Devils (Tallmadge, OH), 49-12 in Saturday's non-league contest.
The Orangemen (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Field (Mogadore, OH). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Field smashed Canton South (Canton, OH), 22-14, in a non-league bout.
The Blue Devils now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Brecksville-Broadview Heights for a non-league contest on Saturday, August 30. Tallmadge will battle a Bees squad coming off a 26-20 non-league loss to Aurora (Aurora, OH). The Bees record now stands at 0-1.
