August 23, 2025: Glen Burnie, MD 21060 Century Knights (Sykesville, MD) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Glen Burnie Gophers (Glen Burnie, MD), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Century advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Knights host Arundel (Gambrills, MD) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Gophers play the Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, August 30. Glen Burnie will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
