August 23, 2025: Fenton, MI 48430 Seaholm/Groves Maples (Birmingham, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Fenton Tigers (Fenton, MI), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Seaholm/Groves advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Maples travel to Farmington (Farmington, MI) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 3-1. Farmington won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Cass Tech (Detroit, MI)
The Tigers now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Swartz Creek for a Flint Metro game on Monday, August 25. Fenton will clash with a Dragons team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Carman-Ainsworth (Flint, MI). The Dragons record now stands at 0-2.
