The Shamrocks (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Highlands Latin (Louisville, KY). The Highlanders come into the District 27 match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Highlands Latin nipped Holy Cross (Louisville, KY), 4-2, in a non-league match.
The Spartans now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bowling Green for a District 14 match on Tuesday, August 26. South Warren will battle a Purples squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY). The Purples record now stands at 4-0.
