Oklahoma High School Softball - Byng bounces Tishomingo
August 23, 2025: Ada, OK 74820 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Byng Pirates (Ada, OK) and the visiting Tishomingo Indians (Tishomingo, OK), observed Byng's softball team get by Tishomingo by a tally of 8-1.
The Pirates (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Howe (Howe, OK). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Howe nudged Vian (Vian, OK), 20-4, in a non-league contest.
The Indians now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Tahlequah for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 23. Tishomingo will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 10-0 league win over Shawnee (Shawnee, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 8-2.
