August 23, 2025: Enid, OK 73701 The Enid Plainsmen softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Morrison Wildcats to 1 in the Plainsmen non-league win on Saturday.
The Plainsmen now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perkins-Tryon for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. Enid will confront a Demons team coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Stroud (Stroud, OK). The Demons record now stands at 1-7.
With the defeat, Morrison falls to 4-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Tonkawa (Tonkawa, OK) to meet the Buccaneers in a 2A challenge on Monday, August 25. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Tonkawa lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Blackwell (Blackwell, OK)
