August 23, 2025: Adrian, MI 49221 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Airport Jets (Carleton, MI) and the host Adrian Maples (Adrian, MI), observed Airport's volleyball team top Adrian by a count of 2-0.
The Jets (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Divine Child (Dearborn, MI). The Falcons go into the non-league battle with a 7-6 record.
The Maples now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ovid-Elsie for a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27. Adrian will encounter a Marauders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lansing Christian (Lansing, MI). The Marauders record now stands at 3-1.
