Texas High School Volleyball - Allen tips Memorial

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) and the visiting Memorial Warriors (Frisco, TX), observed Allen's volleyball team hold off Memorial by a count of 2-1.

The Eagles (15-1) will now prepare for their contest against McKinney North (McKinney, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, McKinney North got by Katy (Katy, TX), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Warriors battle the Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Memorial will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Rangers go into the test with a 8-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Heritage (Frisco, TX).
