Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX) boosters were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Midlothian Panthers (Midlothian, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bears (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Harlan (San Antonio, TX). The Hawks come into the 6A Region IV District 28 challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Harlan beat Clemens (Schertz, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
