The Buckeye Valley Barons topped the host New Albany Eagles volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Barons now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Newark for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. Buckeye Valley will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, New Albany drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Olentangy (Lewis Center, OH) to play the Braves in a non-league outing on Monday, August 25.
