August 23, 2025: Athens, AL 35613 East Limestone Indians (Athens, AL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors (Huntsville, AL), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Indians now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Deshler for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. East Limestone will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.
The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Florence (Florence, AL). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Florence went down by Athens (Athens, AL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
