Ohio High School Volleyball - Fairland Waverly

Waverly Tigers (Waverly, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Fairland Dragons (Proctorville, OH), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Eastern (Reedsville, OH). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Eastern beat Waterford (Waterford, OH), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons meet the Athens Bulldogs (The Plains, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Fairland will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Philo (Duncan Falls, OH).
