California High School Volleyball - Garden Grove can't get by Fountain Valley
August 23, 2025: Fountain Valley, CA 92708 Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Garden Grove Argonauts (Garden Grove, CA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Barons (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Fresno Christian was nudged by Bullard (Fresno, CA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
With the loss, Garden Grove drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Argonauts travel to Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 0-1. Fresno Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Bullard (Fresno, CA)
