August 23, 2025: Logansport, IN 46947 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mt. Vernon Marauders (Fortville, IN) and the host Logansport Berries (Logansport, IN), saw Mt. Vernon's volleyball squad notch a victory over Logansport by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Mt. Vernon improves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Marauders travel to Western Boone (Thorntown, IN) to encounter the Stars in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Stars go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Western Boone won 3-2 in their recent league battle against North Putnam (Roachdale, IN)
The Berries now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamilton Heights for a non-league contest on Saturday, August 23. Logansport will meet a Huskies team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Carmel (Carmel, IN). The Huskies record now stands at 5-1.
