Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Ursuline Academy Bears (Dallas, TX) and the host Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX), saw Ursuline Academy's volleyball squad nudge Rock Hill by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Ursuline Academy improves its record to 4-9 on the season. The Bears host Hockaday (Dallas, TX) to encounter the Daisies in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 26. The Daisies go into the battle with a record of 8-8. Hockaday won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Richardson (Richardson, TX)

The Blue Hawks now own a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Allen for a 6A Region I District 6 battle on Tuesday, August 26. Rock Hill will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Pearce (Richardson, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-1.
