August 24, 2022: Fort Defiance, VA 24437 In Wednesday's non-league game, the Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) football team knocked off the host Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA), by a final score of 22-8.
The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Brookville (Lynchburg, VA). The Bees come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Brookville toppled Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA), 14-6, in a non-league game.
The Indians now hold a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league game on Thursday, September 1.
