August 24, 2022: Oakland, CA 94602 The Head-Royce Jayhawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Convent of the Sacred Heart Cubs to 0 in the Jayhawks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Jayhawks now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host College Prep for a Bay Counties - East game on Tuesday, August 30. Head-Royce will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Bentley (Lafayette, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
The Cubs (1-1) will now prepare for their game against The Bay School (San Francisco, CA). The Breakers enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, The Bay School defeated Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
