Illinois High School Volleyball - Downers Grove North tips Saint Ignatius College Prep

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Downers Grove North Trojans (Downers Grove, IL) and the visiting Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack (Chicago, IL), saw Downers Grove North's volleyball squad nip Saint Ignatius College Prep by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Downers Grove North upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Trojans travel to Naperville Central (Naperville, IL) to play the Redhawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 30. The Redhawks go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Naperville Central lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Oswego East (Oswego, IL)

The Wolfpack (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ). The enter the non-league test with a 8-44 record.
