August 24, 2023: Murrieta, CA 92562 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA) and the visiting Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA), observed Murrieta Valley's football squad defeat Great Oak by a count of 38-7.
The Nighthawks now own a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Murrieta Mesa for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 7.
The Wolfpack (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA). The Warriors enter the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Fallbrook lost by Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA), 34-13, in a non-league bout.
