August 24, 2023: Manteca, CA 95337 The Sierra Timberwolves volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Escalon Cougars to 1 in the Timberwolves non-league victory on Thursday.
The Timberwolves now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ripon Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 29. Sierra will confront a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Downey (Modesto, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.
The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Delhi (Delhi, CA). The Hawks enter the non-league game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Delhi held off Venture Academy (Stockton, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
