Oklahoma High School Softball - Cyril bounces Stonewall
August 24, 2023: Stonewall, OK 74871 Cyril Pirates (Cyril, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Stonewall Longhorns (Stonewall, OK), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bethel for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 25. Cyril will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Ada (Ada, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-3.
With the loss, Stonewall falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Ada (Ada, OK) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 25. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 6-7. Ada lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Bethel (Shawnee, OK)
